How to Throw

Take a look at these pictures and remember the proper throwing positions.

Look at the "L" shape of the throwing arm.

Catching a ground ball

Remember "Gator" hands....like an alligator's mouth. Look at the Picture...

TWO HANDS UP.

Hitting a ball

Batting stance: Feet Straight (square feet); knees bent (bouncy); rest bat on back shoulder; lift bat up; back elbow higher than front. Swing by getting the belly button to the pitcher.

Now watch the back foot when the swing goes through.  It's like squashing a bug and ending up on your toes.
